Shrutilaya Fine Arts is founded by Shri Sivaprasad NN a renowned Carnatic vocalist in the country to fulfill his passion of bringing all forms of arts & artistes together!
- To help promote, preserve and propagate Indian Classical Music and Dance.
- To provide opportunities to talented yet lesser known artistes by giving a platform to showcase their talent, be it Indian Classical Dance or Music both Vocal and Instrumental in India and abroad.
- To organize Cultural Festivals with participation by renowned artistes and performers who will conduct workshops and Lecture-Demonstrations to share their knowledge and rich experience with students of dance and music.
- To keep young talent motivated in the arts we have undertaken to conduct competitions in Music and Dance category-wise and age-wise which will boost practice and performance levels of students and amateurs alike. These maybe conducted at zonal, national and international levels.
- To conduct Seminars on Music & Dance and give a platform to artists young and old to share, exchange and collaborate and bring in a healthy spirit in the Fine Arts world!
- To conduct Music & Dance Therapy for Teachers, Institutions, School children, College students, Corporates or anybody who requires to deal with today’s stressful times which is almost everyone!
- Shrutilaya Fine Arts intends to create ways that open up the mind of an artiste/ performer in Music and Dance.
- Last but not the least Shrutilaya Fine Arts desires to showcase different Traditional and Experimental works in collaboration with diverse forms of arts from different countries allowing for Fusion ensembles which may include different elements of Dance, Music and Taal-vadyam.
Our great Gurus have handed down the rich Arts through their lineage by the method of “Shruti” (By voice) and we intend to keep the “Laya” (Tempo) pulsating with energy Love for the Arts to be passed on to the next generation!
